Joyce O Sullivan is a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist.
VTCT, IHBC, IIHHT Member of IMTA Ireland, and NRRI Ireland, IRIL Ireland. 'My passion is for massage, and the effect it can have on the mind and body. For me the link between emotions and the muscular aches and pains is one area where a lot of work can be done through massage and reflexology. With time massage can provide space, clarity and strength to deal with emotions that have manifested as a muscular ache or tension in the body. To massage with attention and intention, to feel the muscles move, unwind and open up, to allow the body to flow more freely, to be present and to be aware of the shift and change in the body as it unfolds through it's session and to support with a nurturing touch....Touch Therapy, Body Work, Massage all work very well with conventional medicines and complementary therapies including talking therapy, nutrition, craniosacral therapy.' |
Sarah Forristal is a qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist. ITEC, mNTOI
'My interest in health began many years ago. I qualified as a massage therapist in 2005 and then went on to train in a Chinese medicine school in Amsterdam for 4 years. My training included daily practice in meditation, qigong and yoga, which combined with learning Chinese massage techniques, facial rejuvenation and meridian pressure points gave me a deeper understanding of how to cultivate health. I qualified as a Nutritional therapist in 2016 and as a Reflexologist in 2019. I love learning and continue to expand my knowledge of Holistic Health. In my treatments I combine all of my training to give individualised treatments which benefit the whole person.' |
Ana Mepham is a qualified Massage Therapist, Pregnancy Massage.
ACNT. 'My love for holistic therapies started from a very young age. My mum would practise Reiki on me and heal me when I was sick. I'll never forget the effects it had on me, physically and emotionally. From these experiences I wanted to expand my knowledge on how I could support other to heal. I traveled to Australia where I studied at the Australasian College of Natural Therapy, here I achieved my diploma in massage therapy. Massage truly has endless benefits, depending on what your needs are. It can help with pain relief, relaxation of your muscles, improve your posture, reduce stress and so much more. These are things we all need from time to time. I am grateful for my skills/training and now use them as a tool to support each individual client. I personally tailor each session to help improve a clients own health conditions and enhance wellness.' |
