• Understanding where emotions are held in our bodies
• Techniques to release held emotions from our nervous system
• Calming techniques to soothe the Central Nervous System
• Understanding and Balancing Chakras Technique
• Self Awareness for the therapist
• Therapist Protection and grounding techniques
