Each week, we will have a different theme. We have a discussion first to connect with the energy of the Mantra we will be meditating with. Following by a guided mediation using a Sanskirt mantra and to finish a cup of tea.

Nov 24th - Peace - Christmas Gathering Free Mediation Class from 10-11:30.
