This workshop is for you. It is designed to strengthen your Self Care, making it a priority and more habitual in your life. This has such a positive effect on you first and foremost and then on those around you.
Each week, we have a different topic, which are all interconnected to help you discover the part of you that may not have had any space for a while.
Run over six weeks. This in person workshop will be held in Grow Yoga studio. The workshop will be facilitated by Joyce and supported by Sarah Forristal Breathwork Instructor and Anna Healy Mindset and Confidence Coach.
