Swedish, Holistic and Deep Tissue massage techniques are incorporated to give client specific treatments tailored to a person's needs on the day.  This form of therapy is used to increase circulation, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, ​improve sleep, reduce pain and promote relaxation throughout the entire nervous system.

​A 60 minute treatment allows the body to embrace a Full body massage or a Combination of massage, reflexology, facial and scalp work using Gua Sha Tools.

The ultimate in relaxation and rejuvenation. A combination of techniques are incorporated so that the benefits are deeply felt in the body and mind. This treatment is tailored to suit your needs on the day.
