Each time I drop into Solace, the experience just gets better and better. The beautiful ambiance the moment you enter just instantly calms the senses, and the treatment rooms are so warm, comfortable and relaxing. Yesterday I had a deep tissue massage, for the first time with Sarah, and to say it was wonderful is an understatment. 75 minutes of complete bliss while Sarah used her magic hands trying to relieve a very painful body. Thank you so much for helping me achieve a great night's sleep! In my opinion, this is by far the best therapy/treatment centre in West Cork, far surpassing well known 4* centres. Top marks to Joyce and Sarah for their gentleness and professionalism! Thanks again girls and keep up the excellent work!

The atmosphere is always warm & friendly, the centre super clean & very tidy while not being clinical, and it's looking very cosy & elegantly festive this time of year! Everything's well stocked, the centre's always toasty warm & comfortable! Staff are always friendly & Joyce has consistently been the best massage therapist & Reflexology practitioner I've experienced in over 25 years of receiving professional treatments.
