​'My passion is for massage therapy and reflexology, and the positive influence it can have on the mind and body.
The link between emotions and the muscular aches and pains is one area where a lot of work can be done
​ through massage and reflexology.'

​With time massage/reflexology can provide space, clarity and strength to deal with emotions that have manifested as a muscular ache or tension in the body.  To massage with attention and intention, to feel the muscles move, unwind and open up,
​to allow the body to flow more freely, to be present and to be aware of the shift and change in the body as it unfolds through it's session. Holistic therapies including massage, reflexology, talking therapy, craniosacral therapy, acupuncture, herbal remedies and meditation all work well with conventional medicines.
