To all our clients, to let you know that your health and safety is our top priority. For your peace of mind here are some of the measures that we are taking to Prevent and/or Reduce the risk of infection from COVID19.
Alcohol based Hand sanitizers are provided in reception, bathroom and the treatment rooms.
Staggered appointment times to insure No cross over of clients in the reception area.
Regular sanitizing of high touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches and chairs between clients.
Sanitizing of credit card machines between clients.
Sanitizing of the bathroom between clients.
We change all Bed Linen after each client.
We sanitize treatment rooms after each client.
Once the room is aired and sanitized we use clean Bed Linen [washed over 60degrees] for each client.
Therapists will be wearing masks for all clients during sessions.
Therapist will be wearing masks and visors [for immune compromised clients].
We practice excellent personal hygiene to include hand and arm washing between clients and use of hand sanitizing gel when entering treatment rooms prior to treatment.
We have a daily temperature check log for each therapist.
We ask clients to reschedule appointments if they are feeling unwell.
All clients will complete a COVID19 consent form to reduce risk of infection in Solace.
Contact tracing is in place in compliance with GDPR.
We keep regular check on government updates.
